One To One Sessions

Below you can find the different types of sessions I offer. I designed them to treat specific issues and ailments of the body. You can choose the ones that better suit you according to your current situation and the issues you want to treat. If you are not sure which one is better for you, we can also discuss which issues you want to address in advance, and I can advise you on which one is best for you.
RELAXATION SESSION WITH SOUND
I use a mix of different instruments: tuning forks, singing bowls, voice, koshi chime, ocean drum, shamanic drum and rain sticks (the number of instruments used may vary depending on the length session). The aim of this session is release stress, calm your mind and relax your body, not for treating specific health issues. The instruments are not applied to the body in, so you won’t be disturbed during the relaxation process.

ENERGY BALANCING AND CHAKRA TREATMENT
General energy balancing with singing bowls and tuning forks at the three energy bodies: mental, emotional and physical. To help you feel lighter & revitalised by removing energy blocks.
I start with a general energy balancing and I continue treating chakra by chakra at the three body levels: mental, emotional and physical. For these sessions I use singing bowls, tuning forks and voice, but you can choose to have the whole session with just one instrument or two of them, whatever is your preference.

TREATMENT OF PHYSICAL BODY WITH TUNING FORKS
It is possible to combine both treatments in one session of 1 hour (half an hour each) and have a discount, paying £35 in total.
This service is a complementary therapy that can improve some physical ailments and help your healing but should not be a replacement for professional medical treatment.
The purpose is to release held tensions within the body by using the skeleton as a conductive transmitter. It can alleviate pain. I apply the tuning forks at different joints and bones. I can focus on a specific one where you have issues. I can do a treatment of the spine if you have problems in that area by applying the tuning forks at specific vertebras.
I apply the tuning forks at reflexology points on the feet and hands. I do it by applying the forks to specific reflexology points that correspond to the organs where you have issues which may improve their condition when combining this complementary therapy with other treatments.

MASSAGE WITH SINGING BOWLS
By applying singing bowls directly on different parts of your body, we can release tensions, alleviate pain and produce a nice relaxation sensation.

HEALING SESSION WITH NATIVE AMERICAN FLUTES
This session is to relax and feel calm, unlock emotions and connect with your heart, using the powerful tool of Native American flutes. I use several flutes at different stages of the session. I finish with a song of your heart that I channel for you.
Usually these sessions are for 30 min but I can do 1 h session adding some drumming and chanting at the end.

FEMININE SOUND HEALING SESSIONS
Feminine Sound Healing is a sound therapy technique for women and it is mainly focused in the pelvic area. It improves the functionality of pelvic organs and bones, releases traumatic sexual experiences, balances first and second chakras, etc.
It is very helpful for women with Premenstrual Syndrome, Period pain, Endometriosis, Human Papiloma Virus, Ovarian Cysts, Miomas, Fertility disorders, Disorders of Pelvic Floor after Pregnancy and Giving birth. It is also very good for recovering female sexuality, restoring sacred feminine creativity, reconnecting with the Earth, manage your menstrual cycle, etc.

"I was not sure what to expect from the Feminine Sound Healing, however it was a fascinating and lovely experience. It was easy to talk to Aiyana about the issues I was experiencing and she explained to me how the sound healing could help me. First she led me into a deep relaxation, and then played a series of sounds with various instruments and her own voice.
