How to protect yourself from harmful Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)

Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) caused by electrical equipment, 5G WiFi, smart meters, power lines, etc, produce positive range EMFs which are potentially harmful energies that could deplete oxygen levels and put stress upon our body systems.
